Reports and Exports
The Enterprise Tool Hawk™ system includes many useful management reports that can also be accessed at any internet workstation. These include reports sorted by tool, location, user, current state, quantity, service due and transaction history. The reports can be printed locally or saved as a PDF file for later use. Excel exports of sorted look-ups is also a standard element of the Enterprise Tool Hawk™ system.
Physical Count Capability
Periodically there is a need in any inventory system to perform an accurate count of current tool inventory. This could be required in an audit and is a good practice to complete on a yearly basis. The Enterprise Tool Hawk™ system includes a sophisticated capability that allows you to build a count ID specifically designed to work for your organization. A simple wizard makes this easy to complete. This count is downloaded to the portable terminal. Once the tool count is completed, a series of discrepancy reports are printed before the count is accepted. Once the count is verified, the current inventory is updated. This automated functionality will save much time and labor to complete any physical count.
